05 Oct Storrs Wood Annual Jack O Lantern Spectacular
We would like to hear from Sheffield Artists and creative who would like to take part in an exciting, annual, family friendly, event for All Hallows Eve. Will you consider joining us, by carving a pumpkin or two, to be displayed in the beautiful ancient woodland of Storrs wood? The pumpkins will de displayed around the Kingfisher pond, the firepit, stone circle, and along Storrs brook. We hope to create a shape shifting spectacular of silhouettes and dancing shadows. Ablaze with a multitude of crazy Jack O Lanterns, carved by people of all ages and abilities, eerily animated by visitors in Halloween costume.
The event will take place on the 28th of October and the 29th of October when we will close at 8pm so the pumpkins can be seen in the dark in all there glory.
