I began working on the Darth Vader Sculpture a few months back when I was asked to go and carve at a Comiccon style event being held in Sheffield called Woscon. At this event There where celebrities doing signings , One of these Celebrities was David Prowse also know as Darth Vader from Star Wars, He was signing Autographs and I Thought it would be a great idea to create the head of Darth Vader for him to see and enjoy. Over the Corse of the three day event I worked on the carving but as it was quite a detailed piece I couldn’t finish it with in the Three days so I brought it back to Storrs wood where it was finished Just in time for the latest film Star Wars the force awakens.David Prowse was also Kind enough to sign our sculpture Paper Boy.
