we are happy to give refunds as long as terms are met.

if items are damaged during transit and proof is there we are happy to give you a refund.
we can not give refunds if there is nothing wrong with the item
as all items are detailed and listed correctly showing the full aspect of the item.
Commissions
When working on a commission we require an upfront deposit to cover time spent working on your piece.
Deposits can not be refunded.
